Fulfillment Policy
  1. Service Delivery - We agree on project timelines agreed upon before work starts. Work begins on payment receipt with regular updates provided.

  2. Refund Policy - Refunds may be issued at our discretion. We begin work at payment, and thus refunds are rare. By completing payment, you authorize and agree to our work together.

  3. Cancellation Policy - Customers must cancel in writing sooner than 48 hours before their next billing date. We do not refund any work for the month that has already started, but we will turn off the recurring payments.

  4. Confidentiality and Data Protection - We adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection laws. Data deletion is available upon request.

  5. Dispute Resolution - We aim for amicable resolutions, so please contact us directly for issues.
